Johnny Karate Martial Arts helps Boys and Girls (ages 3-16) Learn self-defense, focus and discipline in a safe, fun and supportive environment through Martial arts technique,obstacle courses, high-energy music, skill-based activities , games and Mindfulness exercises . Our goal is to have fun while learning how to become safe, strong and confident. Johnny Karate Martial Arts is not only karate our style is a mix of Tae Kwon Do,Japanese Karate, kickboxing,Jujitsu and acrobatics .
